Welcome to Pure Knead

Pure Knead is a dedicated bakery specializing in allergy friendly fare.  All Pure Knead products are free of gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, treenuts and shellfish, and are made with natural ingredients. The facility and all products are nationally certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization.


Current offerings include hamburger and hot dog buns, hoagie sandwich rolls, artisan boules, baguettes, crackers, bread braids, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and more.   


Pure Knead products are offered to dining establishments and are available for retail sale in the Atlanta area at a variety of retail outlets. Please visit the "Where To Find Us" page.  We are also happy to ship our products to most U.S. locations.
